Addendum

In my previous offering I forgot to mention the increased oppression and disrespect of women. Also, I was trying to think of the right word and gave up. The word was affirm. A Trump victory would affirm the views of the Trumplodites. Whew! I'm glad I got that straightened out.

Pandelarium

I want to get this written and "published" before election day. I want to be able to prove that I could see this outcome before it happened. I believe that this is going to happen.

If Trump is elected president, his minions, or Trumplodites, will be jubilant and enthusiastic, because their way of seeing the world will be back in fashion. Killing and suppressing people of color, non-Christians and people with non-traditional sexual orientation will, at last, be accepted behavior again.

If Hillary is elected, Trumplodites will be enraged that their way of seeing the world is once again unpopular, and they will be killing and suppressing those same people as much as they can get away with, which is, as we know, a lot.

Either way, the legislative branch will be either totally uncooperative or totally sidestepped.

I don't see how the country can survive either outcome.

Lumosity

This morning I went from hero to goat in a matter of a few seconds - the length of time it took for Carmen to realize that the washing machine drain hose was not poked into the drain pipe. I was walking her dog at the time, and she found it in her heart to call me to bitch me out about it. This made me want to not go home, or else go home long enough to grab a rope and my ladder so I could hang myself from the highest tree in the vicinity. We did go home, however, and the rest of my day has been about penance for the unforgivable act of leaving a task uncompleted. She blamed my habit of watching game shows, and my recent blowing off of my Lumosity workouts, which I have not done since mid-April. This evening, after the afternoon dog walk, I fired up my laptop and did my Lumosity. Oh, and I never had the TV on all fucking day, thank you very fucking much!

Like Noses

At the outset of my first blog some seven years ago, I stated that I understand that nobody cares what I think.  At that time I hoped against hope that somebody might care. As it turned out, there are about seven or eight people who will read whatever I write for Cat Juggler, The Gospel of Rand McNally, The Business of Show or Walking With Grace. All I have to do is post on Facebook that I wrote a new entry, and a small gaggle of humans will read it. This blog is a different animal. It is for me, to vent my feelings and opinions about whatever, without regard for anyone's ideas regarding appropriateness or fears about what people will think about what I think. Nobody cares what I think.

There is a saying: opinions are like assholes -everybody has one. The cleaner version, which will fly on Blogger, is - opinions are like noses. Hence the name of this, my fifth blog.
